20th Anniversary World Expo 88 Celebrations Concert

The entertainment extravaganza of World Expo 88 will be recreated in the Suncorp Piazza with a day long variety show program comprising of two alternating 45 minute shows. Shows will run on the hour every hour between 11am and 4pm.
Encompassing a number of different styles of entertainment - from aerialists to African drumming to Aussie whip cracking - the dazzling shows will be reminiscent of the diverse entertainment that was on offer all throughout the six months of World Expo 88.
In the evening two classic Australian bands who graced the stage at World Expo 88 return for a very special encore performance.
