Animals Alive!

Animals Alive!

Animals Alive! is a free school holiday animal-themed event setup by the Queensland Museum and features an array of animal workshops, activities and collections.

In a thoroughly rewarding educational experience, learn about animals from Queensland Museum scientists and let the collections in the Animal Science area amaze you. Special animal science workshops such as 'Vertebrate Zoology' and 'Entomology and Geosciences' allows kids to meet scientists who work with mammals, birds, reptiles and amphibians; and ones that dig up fossils and studies rocks and minerals!
